Pin Codes for 2014

Called again tonight, still no PIN! Has anyone read on **************.net about how people have called to see if they had a PIN, didn't, and still talked the CM into giving them free dining?

Yes there have been many cases of it happening. We call it being pixie dusted because there's no rhyme or reason and some people just get it out of the blue even not having a pin.

I called last night to ask about 2014 pins and I got the feeling that if I'd been going THIS sept instead of next I'd have gotten some sort of something-the CM (Denise-apparently she's the only Denise there...) was AWESOME-she crunched the numbers between free dining/room discount etc for me and told me to watch for pins

I've never received a PIN code before. I've read of people calling to see if they have one, so I was thinking of doing that. I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but what exactly do I say? Do I just simply ask, "Do I have a PIN code?" and they will know what I'm talking about?

I called last night to see if there was a pin code attached to my name...and I was shot down! Spoke with "Symphony" and she said there was "no way for her to check to see if I had a pin code attached to my name and the only way people get pin codes is via e-mail or snail mail". I'll be calling back later today

Wow that is so incorrect! I called last night and someone was able to check for me! No luck though.

We received the pin for Adults stay, play and dine at kids prices for the same dates others here have mentioned, unfortunately we can't use it at all.

In years past I would have been all over it, since the dates at the end of March fall during the week of my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, now that she is an honors student in middle school, taking her out of school for a birthday trip to WDW is no longer a viable option.

I did toy with the idea of ditching the kids and just DH and I going as it happens to be my birthday week too, I just don't think I could handle the guilt of leaving the kids behind to go to their favorite place on earth.

I'm glad to see the deal is resurfacing this year! I already have the Disney visa Rewards special offers site as my homepage I know it wasn't released until Oct but you never know!

A CM just told my sister PINs for February 2014 aren't out yet. Lies! I wonder if its a case of the CM just being misinformed, or if they are advised to give misinformation?

Yesterday I also had a cm tell me that it was way too early for pins for 2014 to be out yet. When I let him know that I knew there were he then told me that they were just regional. I can't decide whether they make it up on the fly or if they have a predetermined plan. He was certainly trying to convince me that it was in my best interest to book now without now even without a discount, though.

Apparently it's random... I got one for free dining last year after having only been once with a reservation in my name. Didn't use it because we already had stay, play, dine.

would anyone know the room numbers that are lake facing at the 50s building at Pop we stayed back there and it was very nice we were in the room at the corner closest to the 60s building If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it 50 more days until we arrive

We booked stay, play, dine on the first day they released it and Disney had a glitch in their system. This caused people to get way more of a discount than they should have. Because of this, switching our discount to FD would have only saved us something like $10 per person (it may have been slightly more but not much. I can't remember exactly). So rather than going through the hassle of changing our rservation again we stuck with SPD.
