PIN Codes and partial availability

We're looking at a DDV 1-bdrm villa or a Ft. Wilderness cabin for 11/20/11 - 11/26/11. That's the Sunday before Thanksgiving through the Saturday after.

My guess is that even if I get a PIN code or there's a GP 25/30/40% discount offered, the discount won't apply to 11/23-11/25 (Wed/Thurs/Fri).

Question, then, is this: if I book this itinerary, can I apply the PIN/discount to 11/20-11/22 & 11/26? Or must a PIN/discount apply to all dates on a reservation?

Umm, good luck with getting a reservation.

If there is a discount to be applied, which I highly doubt. You will need to do separate booking for the discounted and non discounted nights.

So if you book the week and a discount can be applied later on.
Book 1 week - no discount
Book 4 days - discount
cancel 4 days of overlapping days - leave 3 days non discounted. DO NOT cancel any days prior to having the second reservation made.

And in order to do this, it must be a room only booking. Not a package deal with tickets and/or dining, which then falls into a different category and different rules apply to the booking process.

Just when you call, see if there's the basic discounts like AAA if you're a member, or FL resident if you're a resident here.

There are discounts available for the same days during Thanksgiving week this year (i.e., 11/21-23 & 11/27). Is there a reason you highly doubt similar days won't be available for discount next year?
