Pin code??

This will be our first trip to Disney, so I decided to sign up for an account with them a couple days ago. Today I got an email that says:

Stay with us this Spring and save 20% at select
Disney Resort hotels.
For example, stay at

Disney Value Resorts
$ 92 * per night
plus tax
in a standard room.
Disney Moderate Resorts
$ 148 * per night
plus tax
in a standard room.
Disney Deluxe Resorts
$ 260 * per night
plus tax
in a standard room at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge or Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
For stays most
Sunday–Thursday nights
5/1/12-5/31/12.

Then at the bottom it says Book now and says be sure to have your pin, then a 15 digit number. This is a pin code right?? And is the offer what the email states then? 20% off of rooms? How do I find out if that's what the deal is too?

At the bottom of the email where it says "book now", click it. It'll take you to a screen to verify your PIN, last name and zipcode. From there you'll get a screen with whatever discount they've offered you. You can mess with dates, different resorts, etc. to get prices. When I decided where I wanted to stay, my dates, and knew how much I'd be paying with my PIN, I called to book. Mine said it was only good for April but I was able to book for October.

I got this same pin yesterday - I was so excited until I put in the dates we were considering (Memorial Day weekend) and discovered that using this PIN would cost more than using the General Public discount for that weekend. Hopefully you can use it for dates beyond the GP discount to get a great deal, just be careful that you check that first!
