pin code w/wrong zip how to fix zip?

I called and the cm said its you and its the right zip but i always like to book myself/look at all the choices myself.. i got a quote from him and then tried the pin again & still says wrong zip i looked at my profile and its correct any ideas?//

In this instance, you'll probably have to book on the phone. I know it sucks but that sometimes happens with these mail out PINS..

I'd explain to the CM and then get quotes for each resort I was interested in and have each one faxed or emailed to me for review.

Annoying? Awkward? You bet.

Chance of getting it fixed without HOURS on the phone?

Zero.

Did you ever sign up for anything using a work address? I had a surprise trip planned a few years ago and had everything listed in my work address.

I received a pin through my regular email and when I tried to use the link it came up with the same wrong zipcode address message. I tried my work zip and voila - everything worked fine!
