This is meant to be "light".

I was so excited to finally receive my first pin code in mid July. I was getting Free DDP for November dates. I wasn't planning to visit WDW this year...was planning a 2010 trip...but convinced DH that we should plan a trip for this year TOO!!! LOL Anyway...then WDW goes and offers free dining to everyone for all of November into December also.

I feel like my pin was for not. NOT that I don't want everyone to enjoy a discount...of course I do...but now I feel that "my pin" wasn't special at all...and I was so excited to finally get one!!!

Does this make any sense to anyone??? lol

Oh well...doesn't mean I still don't get free dining...nothing has changed...just needed to get that out! lololol

The PIN code you received (we received it as well) is different than the General Public Free dining for those dates. If you used the PIN to book Free Dining at a Value, then you could get the regular dining plan rather than the QS. If you are not staying at a value, then yes, the offer is the same. The other upside to receiving the PIN code was that you had some additional time in terms of room availability at the resorts.

You are right...regarding the resort...I was able to book CSR...so happy for that and the fact that we do get DDP for free. Extremely happy!!! LOL Just not special...lol
