One PIN can book 3 rooms and however many guest each room can accommodate. All three rooms have to be during the same time frame and the PIN holder needs to be present during the check in of the other 2 rooms.

It's not new, it's been like that since at least 2009. I found this out the hard way when I had to leave MK and head back to POR to check in my parents.

Interesting! We are booked with a PIN and we were told that our dates just have to overlap and be at the same resort (and I verified it with 3 different CMs and 2 different managers). We are booked with the same check in date, but arriving at different times (we are coming in two days earlier). Looks like I'll be calling back to make sure we are still good.
I would love to hear of recent reports of this. How recent was your last experience?
Just an update on the "pin code holder has to be present" situation. I have heard from two reliable sources with recent experience that this is not current policy. That, coupled with the info given by multiple CMs, has put my mind at ease.
