I have a PIN for 30% off Values, 35% off Mods, 40% off Deluxes. I am unsure as to its effect on package pricing. I know the PIN is off the cost of the room portion of the reservation. I can still book a package, though, right? And I don't get the "package rate" for the room, I get the PIN discounted room rate? Right?

You should be able to add tickets and dining at full price to the discounted room rate that you get with your PIN.

Unless you get a specific package like free dining, or buy 4 get 3 free, there really is no discount to buying a package. You may get a few freebies thrown in like an arcade card, or mini golf, but thats about it. You can still add tickets to your reservation, or buy them separately from a 3rd party vendor. In fact, when you make the room reservation, the CM from CRO should ask you if you need tickets or want to do the DDP.
