PIN CODE Help!!!

My daughter received a little brochure in the mail today from Disney with a 30% discount! It says to be sure when you call in to have your PIN ??? I cannot find a pin # or anything anywhere on this brochure. I just called Disney to see if they could help and the CM said that their system is down right now and she can't look anything up! Has anyone else gotten one of these? It is a little blue brochure folded in half and taped. When you untape and open it up it says in mouse ears "here's a little something for your disney visit!" $99/per night, plus tax or Save 30% if your vacation dates are flexible! Oh my gosh, I can't believe we got one of these and I can't use it for not finding a PIN!!!! HELP ME!!!

Now I would tell you that I have not seen this offer...but I have seen other companies use a similar ploy..and there is usually a number or code above your name on the envelope or of the address is printed on the actual item...hope it helps...

Well there is a four-digit number off far to the right on the mailing label. The CM said it usually starts with a zero though?? She said to call back in a couple hours because their computers were down. Gosh I hope I can use this! It will make DH so happy since he didn't get a bonus this year! Thanks for your help...I'll keep everyone posted!

I'd ask the CM if there is a code attached to my name and explain the situation. You might not want to do it today though. Free dining was released to the general public this morning and the phone lines are JAMMED. I was on hold for an hour and ten minutes before I talked to anyone...I did get free dining for our September trip though which makes me muy happy!

Well I called and got through right away. BUT the CM told me that I can't use it because she is not coming with me. She has 10 codes attached to her name and she's never been there! My husband had some attached to his name but they were to be used before May 31. He said to call back since we have lots of time. Of course, there was nothing attached to MY name! Go figure! Oh well....I have six months, something has got to happen! Thanks for the info.

When a public discount becomes available, it will often first be posted there so you might check that board from time to time to see if any new stuff comes up.

OK, another qustion about this code that my daughter got. Right now it doesn't look like she could get off work to go. Should I put her down anyway to use the code and HOPE that she does get to come with us, just in case nothing else comes up before we go? I truly hope she will be able to go, but I don't know for sure being 6 months away. If something else comes up and she can't go, we can switch right? This has me so confused! What would you do?

hmmm guess you just have to sign up to get info from Disney website and hope that they send it
