pin code for jan

Okay so I know the history of when the codes are released. Disney visa then general public....
Do they start sending out pin codes before then?
I got pin codes all last year when I didn't have a trip planned. So I am hoping maybe I will get one this month.

No one seems to know how and why people get pins codes and others don't. Some have already received pin codes for January. Some will probably get them after (IF ANY) January discounts come out. Good luck. If anyone knows the secret to getting a pin-code, please post and you will instantly be our new best friend!
