Pin Code e-mails what to look for?

Hi,

I am sorry if this has been asked before but I was wondering who sends the e-mails with the pin codes. I receive a lot of e-mails from different disney addresses and some I just wasn't paying attention too. I would appreciate any information on who sends them or what they look like inside?
