Pin and then no Pin

I currently have 2 resv. a room only - 11/28 - 12/2 for myself and a package for 12/2 - 12/7 with my best friend and her granddaughter. My brother received the monster pin and he has decided that he would come down and join me for the first part and we could use his pin. So in calling to modify my room only resv. putting him on and using his pin the CM told me that I had a pin attached to my name also, but his was better. She never did tell me what mine was (and I have never received any email about one).

I called to make some modifications to my package and the CM I got that time said that I didn't have any pins attached to my name at all. Has this ever happened to anyone?

The 2 ressies are at the same resort so if it was attached to me and a specific resort it should have showed up right? What would you do? Let it go? Call back? I don't have anymore modifications, should I just wait until I want to make a payment to the package and ask then?

I called once and they said there was a discount they could offer but it was really the same price as the regular Internet booking. When I said No, I'd have to wait... they asked me to hold so they could check for other offers... and they came up with one....

I've had that happen, and the deal was that I didn't have a pin at all. One CM told me that I had 40% off of everything, including room and dining. Well I knew that that wasn't right, so I called back. The second CM said that the discount that was showing was just the 40% off of deluxe dining that you can get when you book on-line (like the one that says "save 30% on dining" by adding the dining plan...). It's not a discount at all - just rack rate. So that could be what happened to you. I'd call back and make sure that you get someone who can explain what's going on with your reservation. Good luck!
