PIN 20/30/40 What does it Cover?

I have been on the boards here reading and trying everything to get a pin

A friend at work came up to me today and said he got a PIN in the mail (post card) yesterday and booked his vacation for Feb at Poly.

He said his PIN was more then 20/30/40 room only and the CM on the phone told him it was good for everything, even dinning.

Has anyone seen PINS like this? What is the one everyone is talking about on the boards compared to this one?

I haven't seen one that is for the % off the full package. All the codes being discussed here are for the room only discount. You can add the tickets & dining to the PIN room only rate, but you don't get a discount on those pieces of the package. I bet your coworker is confused. The CM's will often say something about "looking for the code for the tics & dining" and that might have made him believe they were applying it to the whole package.

I also recieved a 20/30/40 Pin and I don't know exactly what it covered because my travel agent did it, but it was for more than just the room. We saved $1900.00+ for a 7 night stay at the Poly.

Wow You saved a lot! That has to be more then just room only. What are the dates you booked? The friend of mine that got the PIN has been about 15 times and seems to get a lot of offers from Disney.

I just used the pin code for 40% off at the AKL!!! My total each night is $144. You can't beat that!
I am SO excited to be staying at AKL. We love the BOMA buffet!!!

If the Dining Plan is eating you alive, try going without it. I think you eat so much more than you usually do when you are on the plan, and have found we can still eat well, a lot less, and therefore, less expensive, without the plan.
