Pin #100 at TDS for sale?

The other day at TDS I bought pin #100, "The Magic is You-Texas". It has Mickey holding a big star shaped Texas flag. I didn't think that was supposed to be available for a couple more weeks. It was the only one on the pin rack with the other pins. The CM whom I asked said it wasn't supposed to be out but someone must have put it out by mistake. But I didn't think the stores got the pins that far ahead. Anyone know what's going on here?

Stores usually receive the pins approx. 1-2 weeks in advance. However, they should definitely not be put out until the appropriate release date.

The store I go to has had their state pins for weeks. But no, they should not have been out for sale. Whoops! They may have an unruly scene come Saturday!
I wonder if the CM who put them out got it mixed up with the MM star flag pin.
