Pillows at SSR

We just got back form our first vacation at SSR. It was great. we were in the Grandstand section. Pool was quiet, easy walk to busses and main pool. No complaints to be had. Does anyone know, or be able to check as to what brand of pillows are used at the resort. They were very comfortable and we would like to purchase the same brand. Buying pillows is always very difficult.

I had it written down at one time, because my DD fell in love with them. But I never got around to finding a place to buy them.

If you do find out, would you mind pm'ing me? And if you don't get an answer before June, we're staying there the 3rd and I'll look at the tag again.

Try calling SSR and ask them. If the person on the phone doesn't have the info they can get to someone that does have the info. We fell in love with the WL pillows once and went to the front desk to inquire about them. The front desk eventually got us the name and phone number of their pillow supplier. Unfortunately I don't have that info anymore.

I can't say what pillows are at the SSR right now, I'll be a DVC member once my closing happens at the end of this week and I'll tell you then. What I do know is what pillows are used at westin doubletree and many more resorts including the "Heavenly" beds which are FANTASTIC! My wife fell in love with them at the doubletree last yr. and wanted me to buy them from the hotel for $90 each. After doing some homework; they buy their pillows, along with marriott and ritz carlton, from the pacific coast down co. You can buy from their website and the price is ok but the sell through JCPenney.com for a LOT less 29.99-39.99 for the Down Around pillow with free shipping. She has never complained about her neck hurting in the morning thru her entire pregnancy! So they are a great bet if you can't find an alternative. Again, I have no idea what SSR has, just what nice hotels do so if SSR has them I will be a very happy camper!
