Pillowcase dresses

Does anyone have instructions for making pillowcase dresses with yards of fabric instead of actual pillowcases?

I got mine from Etsy.com...just look up pillowcase pattern

i made a few too


the pattern is great and fit to size very well!

McCall's pattern M5793 is similar to the pillow case pattern. It also includes the patterns for shorts/capris and tops. I just made one last week and it was easy.

Yes, Etsy. I just got one there, but can't remember the name! It was around $12 I think but the instructions are nice.

According to me, Pillowcase dresses are very easy to make, as well as being fun to wear. I originally got the idea from my grand mom, who is 80 years old. She told me, that they originated from when she was a child, since so many folks back then had a hard time clothing their children.
Just try only once and now I can make it very easily.
