Does anyone know where to get the best value when buying Pillow Pets?

Normally they are about $20 at most places. I have heard some mentioning getting them at Bed, Bath and Beyond and using a 20% off coupon.


My kids got some this weekend for their birthdays and they just love them.

I got the ladybug at CVS for $13. I scanned my card and got a $4 off $20 coupon and a $3 off as-seen-on-TV item. Bought the pillow pet and candy bar to get above $20, used both coupons, and it came out to $13; also used $1 extra care buck. Great deal, but I guess YMMV for the coupons.

Both of my girls want one for Christmas ( ladybug and monkey) I don't know how to do the cvs stuff though, I do have a cvs card though. Do you get the coupons to use on the spot?

Yes, they have a machine you scan your card and the coupons print out. I think I was lucky, though, so I'd only check if you're going there anyway.

make sure you have the real thing before buying... if there is no pillow pets tag sewed on one of the feet and no hang tag, it's a fake.

My DD wanted a Ladybug and/or Penguin Walgreens and Walmart are 18.99 for the Large one.

We went to see Duffy the Disney Bear at a AP preview Sept 18 and she fell in love.
Grabbed a Duffy and she forgot about the pillow pets.

DD wanted one for Christmas last year, but they were gone by the time she asked Santa. I ended up buying one from Costco for $18 or so. It's not an 'official' pillow pet, it's much larger and seems well made. She's been sleeping with it every night. It was definitely one of the better Christmas presents last year. They seem to be much easier to find this year overall though; I've seen them at Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, and the 'As seen on tv' stores.

I ordered from Walgreens, it was $19.99 with free shipping if you spent $25 so I added some vitamins I would've bought somewhere else anyway to get free shipping.

They are an animal that is the size of a large pillow. They are soft and cute. I am getting them for my girls who are 4 and 8.

DD has been asking for a Pillow Pet forever! I was going to post this question soon, but saw it last night. I didn't realize that the stores had them available and I was put off by the price on their and Amazon's website. I'm glad PP's mentioned they were at Bed Bath and Beyond. I was about to throw away my 20% off coupons as I did my (2) $5 off coupons. I went today and they were in a bin right when you walk into the store. I got the Lady Bug for DD and since DS's room is yellow and he will be getting his toddler room set up early next year, I got the Bumble Bee for him. I also decided that these will be their gifts from Santa.

I just added the penguin to DS' Amazon Wish List and the panda bear to DD's. SO cute!!

My mom got my daughter's at Bed Bath and Beyond with the 20% coupon, so $16 and tax. I got my son's at Walgreens for $19.99.

I think the best price you can get for one would be $15 for a 'real' Pillow Pet.

It seems like a lot for some, but I'll tell you that both my kids have used theirs EVERY DAY since we got them. I may get them both a different one from "santa"

My daughter recently came home from Pre-K saying that she NEEDED to have one of these! "All of the other kids have one to sleep with except for me" Peer pressure at the age of 4...lol! My mom heard her say that & immediately rushed to Bed, Bath & Beyond and got her the purple unicorn (using the 20%) and got DS a ladybug. They both LOVE them Good thing for grandmothers who like to spoil the grandkids
