Pillow Pets

Are there only certain pillow pets available? My dd17 wants the zebra, they don't have it online at pillow pets. The only ones I can find in the store are the ladybug, the dog, the bumblebee and I forget the other one. Of course dd9 wants the unicorn. tia!

I got one for ds for Xmas at Walmart the other day. Saw them briefly at BJ's for cheaper (around $16.50) but then were gone when I returned without kids to grab one. And I went to Bath & Body twice and they were out both times...finally found a bunch at Walmart and decided to stop shopping around and looking for them. I think it was $19.88 or similar at Walmart.

My DDs(14) want a pillow pet and of course the ones they want I can't find. They want the purple bunny and a moose. I checked amazon and the price was $70, no thanks! Guess they will have to pick out a new animal pillow pet that I can afford!

They had the most adorable Pluto at Disneyland the other day! I am sure it wasn't made by pillow pets but he was so cute! They also had a hippo and something else. The price was only $30 too! I was super surprised it was so cheap and comparible in price.

The stores only seem to carry the same 4: bumble bee, ladybug, dog and something else. Has anyone seen the lion or the turtle? Those are the ones I want to get my girls (18 & 15 :lmao:)

I saw them on sale somewhere recently for $15, but the life of me I can't remember where. We had just bought one at Halmark store for a little less than $20.

I am wondering whether or not I should just order DDs online. She wants the zebra and it isn't very often that I go shopping without her. Do you think it is safe to wait and look on Black Friday (the one time that she is guaranteed to not be with me) or should I just bite the bullet & buy it online now?

2 of my kids want these for Christmas... I saw them for $19.99 at RiteAid in the "as seen on TV area" I was confused if they were the real thing or one of the knock offs. They said "My Pillow Pet" on the tag. Is this the real thing? Or do the real things just say "Pillow Pets"? I saw many knock offs at a stand in the mall with all sorts of similar tags that said "My Pillow Pal" etc. Confusing. What does the "real" tag look like?

"My Pillow Pets" is what the tag should read. Really, though, its a kids stuffed animal and they probably wont even notice if its the real thing or made by another company. My dd got a white and black cat for her birthday and could care less if its the real thing. We have no problems buying store brand products to save money. If you want the real thing and are concerned about the authenticity, google my pillow pets and go to the website. It shows what the tag should look like.

I was looking at the pillow pets website and I am not sure what size the local stores sell. Does anyone here know? The bigger ones look nicer in the pics.

DD wants the Zippity Zebra (Santa brought all of the stuff to redo her room with zebra print & pink last Christmas), but it isn't available on their website. Does this mean it has been discontinued or do I have a chance of getting it later?

Actually its both. It will say "my pillow(a pic of a cow) pets" or "pillow(a pic of a cow) pets" and the o's have 2 dots underneath them. It will be sewn on the back leg. If you go to the website you can see a picture of the tag.

I have not seen the zebra in any stores. :(

I bought my baby niece a knockoff version( hadn't seen these items before, so I didn't know that Pillow Pets are the real ones) and she loves it. It's holding up well too. Ended up buying her another one( also a knockoff) in case this one gets ruined.

Pillow Pets are new to me. I do have grand-daughters. Should I be considering Pillow Pets for them?

I don't think it's a bad idea! DD kept running up to the kiosk in the mall and hugging the ladybug one. So, being a grandma, she's buying her one for Christmas. I think they're on sale at Target this week!

Speaking of, has anyone seen the dinosaur ones? I saw them online, super cute-- DD is a dinosaur freak!
