I know that its completely hypocritical, but I could not eat anything that looks like what it used to be. I would feel sorry for the pig. In fact, I went to a wedding where they had a pig roast (very casual wedding) and when I saw the pig I couldn't eat any of it. In Hawaiii they do the pig in an Imu pit so when it comes out it barely looks like a pig. I also think at the luau they serve the pig that they unearth the following night because if they didn't, how could it end up on the buffet table so quickly??
