I am feeling left out... our Nurenburger sausage was 1/3 the size of everyone else's I wonder if people complained when they made them smaller the week we were there?!?!?!

Nuerenberger Sausage on a Pretzel Roll ... get your minds out of the gutter! You are deifnitely on a roll tonight!!!! I can't stop laughing. I wonder how the people serving the food kept a STRAIGHT face.

I think they rotated CMs in and out of various booths this year, so maybe it was as novel an experience for them as it was for us. Every time we stopped at that booth people were joking about the size of that sausage when a CM handed it to them.

One of the most suggestive food items we've seen at F&W in a long time.

Hi Elin! I was sure after seeing pics of your sausage roll that ours would be of a size to fit cozily into the pretzel. Maybe people did complain ... which just goes to show you that size does matter.

I thought those pics with Lori turned out pretty good ... I still need to send them to her.

So it sounds like the CMs in the Festival center remained clueless for the entire F&W? We were there the first weekend, and I just thought they didn't know which end was up because it was all new to them. Kind of sad that 2 weeks later they were still clueless as to how things ran!

Your reviews are doing a sick, pregnant woman a world of good. I made John drag my butt out to eat last night, because I was tired of being cooped up in a house with sick kids. Red Lobster sufficed, but we both discussed on the way out that we are SOOOOO spoiled by Disney food. Sigh.

Yes, most of the CMs we encountered at the "information" desk were less than helpful - not because they were rude but because they didn't know what the heck they were talking about. We warned everyone we saw not to go there for information.

I love the cat painting ... we're going to try to find a frame this weekend. And the "nubbin" ... we still laugh about it every time we look at the picture. It's just so wrong!

Beck's Oktoberfest

Ahhh…Beck’s Oktoberfest – my very-very favorite. It’s only offered for a few weeks each year…I stock up. Regretfully…what’s bottled…does not even come close to the taste ‘straight from the keg’.

When I saw this one I had to have it; the kitty looks just like our furbaby Handsome Pete and the picture is open to interpretation ... is the cat tipsy or is he playing with the cork? You be the judge!
