I'm on Airtran this trip but I won't be giving SWA ten bucks just so they can check me in (when I go to Vegas on Southwest in November that is)

Would you mind terribly if Jay and I pressed our faces up against the glass at Flying Fish to see how your dinner is going? :rotfl2:

I'm sure Chelsi and Jason will be pressed up against the glass for that, too. They already are doing that for Todd English's bluezoo™.

I don't have my boarding pass printed out. I can do that at the airport when I check my bag.

I knew if I looked long enough i would find a TR from you for this F&W festival! And what a perfect time to stumble upon it too!!

Have a great trip, enjoy your birthday and DISmeets and Cake! Can't wait to follow along!

Normally we wouldn't pay SW to do it either but since we have so much stuff to bring with us this time we thought the peace of mind was worth it. I can tell you that when we fly to Vegas next May the extra money will be in our pockets, not Southwest's.

I've been trying convince them to bite the bullet and just book the dinner since they're arriving a day early now.

Hey there! Haven't seen you around for a while but I'm glad you stopped in to say hello. Thanks for the good wishes - we'll try our best to make this a great set of reviews for you guys once we're back. :thumbsup2

Woo Hoo! Have a safe flight and a wonderful vacation!!!

Denise

Hi Denise!! Thanks for the good wishes.

Oh Brenda... not much longer now!!! Will you be checking in online at all, giving us updates on the drink and food situation??? Just wondering...since I'll be (im)patiently sitting here waiting for the clock to tick....tick....tick....the minutes down til I can bid "Adios!" to this snow covered, freezing cold (yet still colorful) state... to a state that's much warmer (:worship::worship:), with my favorite kind of trees -Palm Trees!!! (which warm me up, and put a smile on my face!)

LOL!!! Tune in on Sat. for BIRTHDAY WISHES!!! I'm thinking the Fam. isn't going to remember the day.... oh, that would be interesting! ;)

Sorry to hi-jack your thread but I have to send a warm shout out to ANG VT. I'm also in VT.

 HI!!! It sure feels like winter! Fine time (IMO) for a vacation to Mickey World (for some refreshing drinks;)) !!!

I was just reading the annual DIS-boards "Food & Wine Festival is a Den of Iniquity" thread ... :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

... every year someone says they've been accosted by smelly drunks; a child of theirs has been bathed in projectile vomit; and middle-aged grandparents mate in the grass at America Gardens Theatre. What I want to know is why none of this ever happens when Jay and I are in attendance??? :lmao:

We have decided if the festival seems too dull while we're there that we will just have to do something to liven things up. So if you see a dark-haired, four-eyed, middle aged woman flashing her cleaves for free drinks or overhear a tall, dark, handsome man cursing fluently in Russian you've found us!

But don't worry - we rarely vomit on other people. :rotfl2:

Hey Ang! Happy early birthday to you - have a great day!

No live updates from ... we go totally dark when at WDW. Posting live updates would interfere with all the food and booze.

It's cold here too ... rainly and damp and cold. Can't wait to get on that plane tomorrow morning!

Just wanted to wish you a Bon Voyage!!! Safe and happy travels to the land of the Mouse. pixiedust:

Have a fabulous birthday :bday: party: and we'll see you next week!! :cool1::goodvibes

HAHA nothing entertaining like that ever happens when we're around, unless, perhaps, we're the entertaining folks, lol!

Haha I wish I could run into you! You seem like really fun people.

... oh wait, you can flash your "cleaves" for free drinks in WDW?! Well shoot! I better get on it! :lmao:

Okay, where can I find this, I need a good laugh:laughing:

AIRPLANE!!!! :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

The movie that probably started it all ... Jay swears that if I hadn't been exposed to movies like this in my formative years that I would be a much more sane, normal (boring) person. :lmao:

Well thank Goodness for Airplane! What would we all do if you were "normal" :confused3

God Forbid WE ever become boring...:crazy::crazy:

Just printed off our boarding passes for our SW flight tomorrow morning ... A Group ... positions 20 and 21. :cool1::cool1:

Something about checking in on-line and having boarding passes in my hot little hand makes the trip seem so much more real!! :yay::woohoo::banana:

Travel well my friend... don't get into TOO much trouble... :dance3: We will dim the lights tomorrow at 7 in honor of your first night at F&W... :worship::worship::worship: (and then we're sending out for pizza... :rotfl:)

(bendy... WHY does Jay speak fluent russian? )

Thanks everyone for all the good vacation wishes - we really appreciate it! :grouphug:

Wondering about Jay's Russian skills? That's how he and I met in college and he's got a gift for languages (and a book of Russian / English slang & curses). :rotfl2:

For anyone traveling in the next couple of weeks .... safe and joyful travels to you all! :goodvibes
