Tried to dig up the thread where so many folk mentioned seeing kids piddle in a bottle while standing in line, but no luck. I will not post the link, but there is an interesting film on the shockwave site about this. Try search of "full bladder". Left my 10 yo too long unsupervised at the computer. Amazing what he finds sometimes.

Piddle in a bottle??? You have got to be kidding me:eek:
I have not seen that thread. I would be so digusted if I saw someone allowing their kid to do this...I think bodily functions take priority over the need to ride-puhhhlease. And I really would not to see someone else tinkling...
Grover in Winnipeg:rolleyes:

WEll, at least they contained it in a bottle. I have seen people from other countries(while in this country) let their children just squat and go be it in a parking lot or a park. I have also seen adults from other countries do it in the open also !!! I am not talking about teenagers or drunks either. If I saw someone in line going in a bottle you better be sure I would say something. There are laws against public uriniation.

That is downright nasty. I hope that anyone found doing this at WDW would be simply kicked out. Period.

Americans also do this.

LOL! I thought the title of this thread was a Country Western song or something! LOL!

Bella the Ball 360 -- I've seen lots of grown, American (or so they seemed to be, I never bothered to ask :p and I never bothered to look for very long to try to figure out if they were or not  ), adult males, probably a hundred of them over the years, get off the El after a Phillies game and use the wall of the parking lot as a group urinal.

While my husband and younger two kids were waiting for my older son and I to get off the rock n roller coaster my son saw a child around 4 have a bowel movement in a plastic dish and then the parents threw it in the trash can. This was by the refreshment cart or souvener cart across from rnr. That was gross.

That is disgusting, pt! :crazy2: I hate it when parents leave used diapers on the ground. :crazy2: A couple weeks ago we went to a beach. On our way back to the car, there it was on the ground right next to us. :crazy2: What is sooooooooooo difficult about disposing of it properly? Sickening!

:crazy2: Oh that is disgusting, ptcruisermom. Why wouldn't somebody take the time to take their kid to the bathroom? IIRC, there is a bathroom near RnR, over by ToT, right? That's not THAT far away that they probably couldn't make it quickly? Right?

TOV (whose MIL is also a PT fan :) )

I don't know how some people can be so disgusting. When my kids were little, i always made sure I threw the diaper away in the restroom trash can. I even bought the scented bags to put them in so they wouldn't smell. Oh well it takes all kinds.

TOV that was our exact same thought. It is a good thing I didn't see it I don't think I could have or would have kept my mouth shut. I am surprised my kids weren't yelling oh gross oh gross, when one of them has gas the others make a major production out of it-if you get my drift.

Us too! The baggies that go in the Diaper Duck are scented. I think it's only polite that you put stinky diapers in a scented baggie out of common courtesy. You wouldn't want to walk into a restroom and smell a diaper somebody just stuffed in the garbage, would you?

TOV

Diaper Duck is after my time. I think the diaper Genie was just coming out when I had my last DD. Alas my kids are growing up DS 17,DS 13,DD 9 (going on 19) . But regardless those baggies weren't very expensive at Wal-Mart. I always sent them to my sitters too. Although the first sitter I had would send everyones used diapers home with them( her DH didn't want them in their trash).

Oh that is beyond gross, ptcruiser mom. Your sitter would send the dirty diapers HOME with you? :crazy2:

TOV

Yep, hadn't thought about that in years. Good thing we only lived across the street. She would put them in a plastic grocery sack and send them home. I would put them in our trash can before I even went in the house. Her husband was sort of strange and had strange ides. The bushes on the side of their house looked like tops of artificial x-mas trees. Yes they were artificial.

LOL...my stepdad 'plants' artificial flowers in his yard and thinks they look superb.

Now my MIL will send any outfits DS has managed to get dirty home in a plastic grocery bag to get washed, but she always tosses the diapers in the trash, thank goodness. *whew*

TOV

Yeah the dirty clothes are one thing but disposible diapers(it was my first I didn't know any better) Hey I've seen several people around here with the artificial flowers and they do look good. But think 1970's artificial x-ms tree(the top only) and that is what these bushes looked like. I don't know if he still has them we moved 15 years ago, but I never pay attention when I am down that way, guess I'll have to check it out the next time. Thank god I don't need babysitters any more.:sunny:
