pictures with tink

Hi i saw on a thread somewhere that someone had a picture in front of the castle and had tink in their hand. Does anyone know how we can do this, IS it part of the photo pass?

Yes. When they take your picture on Main Street, they will ask you to hold your hands out. Then when they post the photo, they add Tink. Looks neat.

In AK they ask you to hold out your hands and then add Simba. Those are really cute too!

I've seen ones where they have Stitch popping out of the ground, or something in your hands...

Waaay off from WDW, but at Dollywood, they ask you to hold your hand out and there's a butterfly in it in the picture.

This is awesome...DD loves Tink, so we'll have to do this for our next trip. We have a few other photo's with the characters added in, but never knew about Tink .

There's often a Photopass photog near the bridge on the way to Tomorrowland with the castle in the background that will do a really cute Tink photo (with no one else in the photo -- just some of the rose garden ,or a topiary). They do the one for Stitch in MGM up the main street towards the hat. We got Simba in AK on the bridge before the tree. Never found an "inserted" character one in Epcot (the Character Connections at Innoventions in Epcot is great for Mickey and pals). You can ask the photogs if they do those insert photos, or where to go to get one -- they're all really fun.

something to keep in mind though... if you get the pictures put on the cd at the park, they dont do add-ons like tink or simba anymore. I heard that you can add them yourself when you get home, and i also heard you cant. so it might be a done deal al together. But i know you can not get them at the parks anymore.

I bought the photopass CD and the Tink photo WAS included. You can't include other borders and such though....

So im confussed.................if we buy the photo pass does anyone know if TINK is in it? I pray she is, my DD will flip.

As of May, 2006, those three were included on the CD bought at the Park (Simba, Tink, and Stitch) -- you can review the photos at the CD places at any time and ask about them. The photogs should also know (but sometimes they don't have the latest info). But you can't add the borders and other enhancements on the CD anymore (it was taking up too much time).

They're part of the PhotoPass process (do a Search on that to find out how it works, and tips about it), so getting them taken, and seeing them online is free. If you order prints at the Parks or online when you get home they will be $12.95 (altho there are some discounts offered). The CD with all the photos is $99 (as of 2006) -- but you can get a lot put on it, if you're there for several days. It's a great souvenir, and you can have prints made at home (anywhere where they do prints from CD's -- it comes with a form turning over the copyright to you). They will be online for at least 30 days, and you send the web site to family/friends to see.

Not sure about the $99 deal but I definately want a pix with Tink and maybe Simba. If you buy the CD does it come with Tink????

As of my last trip in May, the CD included the in-Park photos with Tink, Simba and Stitch -- you can ask the CM who takes the photos, and also check at the places you can get the CD (you can look at them anytime -- go mid-day when they're not likely to be as busy). They no longer include the enhancements that can be added online -- lines were backing up too long -- you can still do those online, but they won't be on the CD. I think you can search on my screen name, or do an advanced search, and find out lots more about PhotoPass and how to use it to your advantage. If you get lots of photos taken, and "ham it up" and cooperate, you can get lots of great photos (not everything they take is perfect, but the majority are really good). Then, from the CD you can get your own prints and enlargements done at home, and modify them on your computer.
