pictures with tink

ok so now im really confused. It was my understanding that NO add-ons (simba, tink,stich) could be added on at the aprks anymore... but now they are letting simba tink and stich, but nothing else (like borders and autograhs)... if they are letting simba tink and stich ill be THRILLED!!!!! someone please let me know!

The character in the hand concept is pretty cool, I never would have thought of that. Fortunately, that's a pretty easy add-in for someone experienced with Photoshop... I love tinkering with my vacation pictures like that!
