This is my first day on here!! I just got assigned a roommate and she filled me in on all the places I could go to get info for our Fall advantage program, but my biggest question about all of this is how many bathrooms are in each of the different sized rooms?!?!? I know theres a 2,3 and 4 and that you share your room dorm style. So does that mean that it's one bathroom for every two girls or what??? Just wondering...

Oh, and also, how does requesting time off work????

Hi roomie! It's Nikki!

If you look up the apartment complexes on youtube you get a lot of good videos of what the inside looks like. I'm not sure about bathrooms but I'd hope there were one per room.

When we get down there we'll get access to "The Hub" which you go on and you can request off and all

For requests off, you'll do that through The Hub. They give you your information when you get down there for that.

As for bathrooms in apartments, this is usually how it is:

1 bedroom=1 bathroom
2 bedroom=1 or 2 bathrooms
3 bedroom=2 or 3 bathrooms
4 bedroom=2.5 bathrooms, 3 bathrooms, or 4 bathrooms (I think someone said 4 bed/4bath are hard to get)

It really depends. You may end up with an apartment with equal bathrooms to bedrooms but then again you may not (when I did it in the Spring, we had a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment).

Well roomie, we may have to get a 3bed then cuz i'm not tryna share a bathroom with more than one other person LOL

Does the amount of bathrooms per room have anything to do with which complex you stay at?

Yes, it does. only Chatham/Patterson have the 3 bedroom/3 bathroom and 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom and only Chatham have the 4 bedroom/4 bathroom (I think there is only two). The rest is at every complex.

I lived at Vista in a 3 bedroom and we had 2 bathrooms. 2 roommates had the bathroom in their room that they shared. I shared the other bathroom with my 3 other roomies and there's an additional sink outside the 2nd bathroom. You would think 4 girls sharing 1 bathroom would be ridiculous but because of our schedules, it never really caused a problem. I can remember only once I went to take a shower and someone else was in there. So don't worry :) It's not as bad as it sounds.

Heres pictures of my 3 bedroom at chatham fall 08. this was like day 2 so excuse the mess.

I have a question about housing, Idk if anyone could tell me but it fits under this category.

Will they pair up CareerStart Programers with ones from the College Program?

Yes, you will be mixed in with the CPs. In my last program, my neighbors were 6 guys, four of them were CPs and the other two were CS. You will probably be pair up with some ICPs, too. I'm hoping I get pair up with a Chinese ICP because they are so awesome and nice.

I thought the ICP kids only went to the Commons?

Not always. The Commons is for ICPs on the year-long program, that work at Epcot (and I believe AK/AKL as well). ICPs who are on the shorter programs can live in CP housing.

I thought the ICP kids only went to the Commons?

No, that's mainly the Cultural Representatives Program (they are the ones who work in Epcot) since they stay a whole year. Regular International Cps (they can work in any role and park) mostly stay the same amount of months as we do, so they can stay in the other complexes as well.
