These are really nice pictures. Sadly I've never been able to catch a time when there is no one around or even very few. I guess its true that there is no off time.
I agree with that.
We were there from Sep 10th to the 17th last year.
My 3rd trip to the World (other ones were July of 92 and January of 06) and the crowds were very, very low.
I'll edit some of the pictures we took there (the original size is huge) and I'll post them here later next week.
Great pics, everyone....
This was taken on January 20 2007 before i took the 8:30am Keys to the Kingdom Tour. It's rare to get a picture in front of the castle with no else around.
the fog made the photos unique. It also made for a great surprise for my daughter. This was our 1st day at WDW and she wasn't able to see the castle until she rounded the corner on main street. She tore off down the street (as you can see in one of the pictures). I'll try to post the video.
These pictures are from this past Sunday morning. I took them after reading this thread just before I left.
All the pictures are amazing! I just sat here and read all 25 pages
We did eat at CRT for breakfast at 8:05 and it was an incredible feeling walking down mainstreet with just a few other people. We were able to get a few pictures with no one around, but later that day, lots of 60 minute waits
We were there Dec 2 for breakfast at the castle before the park opened. The park was FAR from empty, they were getting ready to tape the Christmas parade. If I had turned around in this same spot and took a picture you would have seen what seemed like a thousand people in Christmas gear waiting for the parade. I was very excited to get this one with no people.
