I don't think you were opening up a can of worms. You just got one nasty response from someone who must have been having a bad day. Hopefully she will apologize, but either way, you should just forget about it and not let it bring you down. Everyone else here knows that was uncalled for.

We do not do photo shoots for clients inside the four Walt Disney World parks. Not because we don’t want to, but because only Walt Disney World photographers are allowed.​

I can TOTALLY see cranky... But nasty?!?! Ha! wow-it certainly was not my intent to be "nasty" and I'm giving in now to my possibly baser motives to just chime in and say that I stand by my feeling that professional photogs aren't allowed to be working in the parks. The above quote I took from the root's photoblog of less than a month ago. People can do whatever they want, but it's interesting how that one company describes how they are going to "discreetly" take pictures of your family... Sounds very "007" to me!!

In any event, I don't really mind disagreements or differences of opinion so I didn't think my response was evil or intended to be. I do feel protectively touchy about the whole picture issue, it's a thing for me, have seen it dealt with here and on other blogs as well.. So if anyway has even given anything I said a second moments thought at all- I'm sorry!

I don't know who Richard Fish is but I agree with him!!
Life is too short for us brides to be anything but friends!!
As you stand by your point of view (which I totally understand), I also stand by mine and say that I am positive that Gifts of a Lifetime are offering this service with Disney's knowledge, and with the endorsment of some of Disney's well respected partners.
I really didn't mean to offend or upset anyone.
