I took these pictures about an hour ago from outside our room in POFQ. It's still very, very windy... rain is falling sideways, but it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be (I'm a hurricane vet... being a Floridian).

The national weather service was way off on predicting the path on this one. I was really hoping it was going to stay east of Florida's coast and avoid causing major damage to the state. Instead, more people are suffering...
