Pictures from new camera!!

Here are some shots I thought I would share from my Nikon D60 that I bought about a month ago already. I'm still VERY new to it all but could immediately tell the difference with my pictures. Everything was shot in "auto" mode. I'm finally hoping to have the time to learn more about what each of the different settings do to try and take pictures of things outside "auto". Please feel free to provide any tips you'd like!

Those are all good shots. I particularly like the second one, with the two kids playing on the beach - very well framed, well exposed, and both kids are laughing. The only way it could possibly be better is if the kids happened to have their faces turned a little more toward the camera.

Yes this shot alone was worth the new camera! Boy do I love them. I'll have more than my share of pictures to embarrase them with later in life!!

Thank you for the feedback. I should have mentioned that none were posed-they were more like "hey look at mommy" or just taken while they were playing or whatever.

I'm having lots of fun! Some days I just go outside and wander around the yard looking for things to take a picture of! I'm sure my neighbors think I'm totally crazy but that's ok!
