Pictures from my Disney Dream wedding!

Reposted from the cruise line forums....VERY late. I got married on the Disney Dream on October 15th, 2012. I couldn't figure out how to upload pictures on here until now. So I figured I'd share my story with those of you who love Disney as much as I do! Love chatting so ask away!


Here's my first photo, of myself getting ready. My mother, and two bridesmaids were all getting ready in my mother's Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah.

Now here's a photo of my very nervous DH. He was getting ready in our room, Oceanview Stateroom with Port Hole. We absolutely loved this window!!

All finished getting ready! We were docked in Nassau, and it was a very very sunny day. Not to mention my mom was a mess, which made me cry haha!

Here's my still nervous DH standing at the altar. Look at the beautiful view we had in the lookout!

Here's my wedding party, a great shot of us and Captain Henry! (From left to right, Bridesmaid Kayleigh, Bridesmaid Maria, Myself, DH, Step father Rich, Grandfather Joe and my father Chris. None of DH family was well enough to attend, so my family stepped in and stood beside him)

Adding this picture to show you the mens boutineers! They were carefully handmade by me. Disney only provides one for the groom, so I wanted the groomsmen to have their own personal touch, so I made them out of seashells!

congratulations! I love the picture of your VERY nervous looking husband!! Really cute!

Looks like he calmed down though once you got started...great location, did you love it? How long was your cruise? Did you get a chance to "honeymoon" on the Dream?

Were your family and friends surprised you decided to get married on a Disney cruise?

Were you happy with how everything went? The two of you look very happy so I'm guessing you were!!!

We didn't really get to Honeymoon the ship, we did in WDW for 7 days though! Booked a cruise for this May, so that'll be our time to really enjoy the ship

They knew it was going to be Disney somehow, but a cruise they never expected!

Everything went very very smooth, it was wonderful! Not a single complaint!

Love your photos, thanks for sharing! We were thinking of getting married on a Disney Cruise also. How many people did you have with your party on the cruise? I was wondering if people would not come because of the cost. So we were talking about a 3 night short cruise to cut the cost for guests. Did you get married on the first day of the cruise?

Love your photos, thanks for sharing! We were thinking of getting married on a Disney Cruise also. How many people did you have with your party on the cruise? I was wondering if people would not come because of the cost. So we were talking about a 3 night short cruise to cut the cost for guests. Did you get married on the first day of the cruise?

We had a party of 25. Only 2 rooms (4 people) had to pay cash, because the rest of the family was covered under my grandmothers DVC points. We got married on Nassau day but that was for a 4 night so it may be the same for 3 nights also
