dont know if this is a silly question but I think it is a legit one

Are you allowed to take picutres inside of rides - ie: while riding peter pan, buzz etc. ?

I have. Not with a flash so as not to disturb anyone. You can't take pics inside the Hall of the Presidents and no flash photography in Country Bears, although at the end of the C. Bears when all the bears are on stage I believe they then encourage you to. It is posted (or they tell you in the intro) what attractions you can't take flash photography or any photos in/on.

Yeah, I am not really talking about the shows but more like "rides" peter pan, buzz etc. can I take non flash pics in ther?

The only time that I was asked to stop was during the pre-show of Alien Encounter. I forgot to turn off the flash

When we went in a few years ago my DH viseo taped any ride that we could. Ofcousre not the fast ones. It has been really neat showing them to my ds2, so he can see what the rides are like before we go!

awsome - and this is allowed right, we are not "sneaking" behind any backs right? Just want to make sure, I know some amusment parks here in Canada, dont allow pics on there rides at all . . .

I believe most rides ask that there be no flash photography at the beginning of the rides. Can you imagine how disapointing it would be for someone who had never been to have to experience a ride with several flashes going off? It really takes away from the effects of a ride. No flash is fine and most allow video taping without a light.

I am a picture nut! We have pics of Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, Snow White (were really dark pictures, thought ), POC, and It's a Small World, but we are usually there in the slow times and almost always wait until there is not another car behind/in front of us that might be full so we don't disturb them.
The first time we went, I got pictures at the BuzzLightyear ride, but now since they take your pic in there at the emperor zorg scene some of my pics this time came out a little funny lighted b/c of the constant flashing of the disney camera.

Pictures from Splash turn out really well as the colours really stand out,Peter Pan again the colours are good but the ride is quite fast so you have to be quick.If you aren't allowed Pictures then the CM will tell you on your pre ride briefing & in most cases these rides/shows are the 3D ones.
