Yeah! Jud is posting again!

I miss Disneyworld so much this morning I'm posting one of my old favorites! :sad2:

Got my son in place to take this and the guy in yellow walked into the middle and stood for a minute then realized what I was doing and moved over bit by bit. Figuring he wasn't going any farther I just took it just in time to get the others going in.

Since I am 'crippled" by the death of my laptop (and thus the loss of my beloved Corel Photo Paint program) I have not posted the last two days, but I can post on this!

What I do, is usually go through my most recent "untapped" album and look for an image that is exceptional in some way. Something that is other than "here we are on Main St". Or, if there is some special event or holiday I might search current and past albums again for some exceptional picture. Occasionally, I will be inspired by some picture that someone else has posted and take my cue off that if I can add to it.

As to what I have already posted, generally, I remember. I also have a photo bucket album that is ONLY for my POTD's, so I could always look there. I think there was one time when I was so impressed with a certain shot that I did inadvertently post it twice, several months apart.

BTW, something that always amazes me is it seems quite often that an image I might post that seems to be to be a bit wanting, or even a 'lazy day" choice gets more appreciation than my more carefully selected images! I can only chalk this up to my clearly superior aesthetic which others just don't get all the time. :rotfl:

On a similar note, I just work through my online galleries chronologically. I use the most recent ones first and work backwards. However, I cannot remember what I have posted so that is the only way I can keep it straight. So, my photos posts tend to follow a theme. Right now, I am working through my Epcot May 2011 gallery.
