My Grandpa had a couple of those on his farm! It was always such fun driving his 1930's pickup truck across them!

Nice rain falling the last couple of hours; makes me want a good bowl of soup again and oh my goodness that "Irish beer bread" was SO good!

We've been having quite a bit of rain lately and it got so chilly yesterday that we had beef stew for dinner! Love this weather

No joy in the Picture of the Day today. This young man is the brother of DGD's best friend. He graduated last May and has spent the past year at Colorado State on a track scholarship. He passed away this morning after track practice. Our entire little tightknit community is heartbroken ...
