Great afternoon for our soccer playing DGD! First time in 11 months, following ACL surgery, she was part of the starting lineup for today's match...and the team tied the 14th ranked team in the country! They were ecstatic! Bonus...3 members of the high school soccer team (she coached them this summer) AND "little sister" were able to see her in action!

First time in 2 years our County Fair was able to have the official opening with the traditional parade! First Covid cancellation and last year thunder, lightening and rain but a beautiful day today! Junior year in high school and this was DGD's first fair parade as a Brahmadora!

Egrets and others come flying in at dusk to roost in some trees in our neighborhood. It's a good show to see them come in (we are easily entertained).

Busy but fun weekend with our girls! Football Friday night and up early this morning for soccer! Probably our last soccer game this year since the rest of the games will be 5-9 hour road trips but SO glad to see our #4 getting back to her old self! One of the Team Game Leaders today in the stat department!
