Magnificent draft horse Holly poses for me as three Cast Members look on shortly after the park opens. These amazing draft horses are part of the Main Street magic, that look, feel, and sound of Main Street. This look and feel was very important to Walt, everything about it was designed to reflect back on a simpler more friendly time. It’s the prolog to all the “Lands” and sets the stage.

When we are younger we run up Main Street, pulling our parents towards the “rides” we want to go on. But as you mature you being to discover the magic that is here. You discover its beauty and how it was intended to be the first thing you see as you pass through the tunnels and into the magic that is the Happiest Place.
