picture from email to photo gallery

I am extremely computer challenged.My best friend put a few pictures from in my email into a photo gallery for me last night.There is another I want to put in but I can't figure it out.Can anyone walk me through it?I would REALLy appreciate any help I can get.

I am not sure what the setup is there, I most often have been using www.photobucket.com. For the DIS one, I would ask on the Tech board, Bill will most likely be able to help you. If you try photobucket, just click the link, check the site out, see if you can do it, it is easy. If you get stuck, on that site, PM me, we'll get it. Also, if your picture is in an email, you first have to save it to your PC before you can do the next step, uploading to the Net.
