hourray !! I've finaly managed to get everything on my pc !! I received a software update via e-mail and now it works, yippie !!

I know this is a long shot but I found your post while searching online for a way to retrieve my old cruise photos from the original CD. My photos are in .ENC format and the orignal software used to download them no longer works. I contacted the photo company about this but I was wondering how you got the software to download the files or even if you still have the software. Thank you so much!
