Finally got to them...nice pics!

The first time it said it didn't recognize that name, but the second time it did (I probably typed it wrong the first time!)

That's what someone else suggested, so I copied and pasted the link to the page inside the IMG, but it came up as a link. Should I have right clicked and copied and pasted the picture instead of the link to the page. Aha! Maybe that's what I did wrong. I would rather be able to post the picture instead of the link so that you don't have to keep coming back and clicking on the next one. Let me know Thanks!

~Actually~

When you are looking at your photo, right click on it,
Select properties,
Highlight the properties line only (http....),
Right click to show the copy option, select copy,
(I cheat here and paste all the links onto a word document)
Paste all the copied properties to your thread,
before submitting the thread put the "

" at the end of each property.

When you preview your thread you should see your photos.

FYI only: I have tried to copy webshots before (I now use DWTrivia) and could not get the photos to appear on the thread...it may have been because I was not the owner, it may have been the website.

Ok, now I'm really getting frustrated. It is showing up when I preview the post, but when I submit it it just shows up as a little box with a red X. I'll work on it more later when I'm at home. Sorry guys, I'm trying

If you want full size, you have to copy the properties as you view the full size photo. If you copy from thumbnails, they will stay the size of thumbnails...

If it gets to be too much, go to the tech board & see if they can help you-they have an "in" ya know .

Initially I did copy the thumbnails and then I realized what I had done. I then put in the larger pictures, and they showed up in the preview, but then not in the post once I submitted it. Do I have to have some kind of special permission in my account to be able to post pics? How do I get to the Tech Board? Thanks, I wanna share

The problem is that Webshots won't allow you to hotlink your photos. That's why you can't see the large images as images.

The solution is to upload your photos to another site that does allow hotlinking. www.imagestation.com is one I use, and it's free.
