We went to WL to eat at WCC and loved it. Of course we toured the resort and i got some good pics of it also.

And i thought i would share a couple of my DS's Haunted Mansion Cake that Brian at the Contemporary did! He did a fabulous job!! The cake was a hit!

Hope that yall enjoyed my pics and updates. It was such a great first DVC trip. I have lots more pics but figured yall didn't want 30 of the boo to you parade. lol This is the DVC board!!

Thought i'd put a few more in here of our day at Epcot and Food and Wine on Saturday. Epcot is my DH's least favorite park but my oldest's DS is really beginning to love it. It really surprised us when he picked Epcot for his birthday park.

The boys decided they wanted their pic taken in front of the Cakes.

I also got some pics of different fish and birds for my oldest son's science project at Epcot. Got to get some homework done and have fun while doing it. This Lionfish is the best pic of the fish i got to me.

I have quite a few more cause i took a total of 146 pics but let me know if there are any others you would like to see and i will put up if i have them!

Hi Leigh Ann!! First of all "Welcome Home"....I didn't realize this was your first DVC Trip! I'm so happy it was a good one.

Love...love...love your picures!! And that cake is a beauty!!! I love spending my birthday in WDW. No matter "how old I am" () I will always feel like a young girl there!

I too was surprised at the crowd level at MNSSHP Friday. There were not as many people as I expected and definately less than last year. Like I said on my post, I actually found a rocking chair on the porch by Splash Mountain and had a lovely "rock" waiting for the Parade!!

Well here we are; you and me. Back to reality. Oh well, in just about 249 days I'll be back!!! Talk to you later; dryer is done!!!

We stayed in that room in August. We really liked the location as well. This was our second DVC stay and we will be staying there again in April, Our home resort is Saratoga.

hmcfall 711 - it is still very hot but supposed to be cooling down a little on sunday highs in 80's i think. We have only been in the parks one day so far which was thursday for MNSSHP and the crowds were very low to me. the party was great fun and walk on rides.

patricia721 - we are in 1220 and love the location and very quiet as you have stated.

Well, we just got back from WCC for dinner and it was really good. We love a good BBQ and lots of food. We are off to Chef Mickey's tomorrow AM for breakfast and a Haunted mansion cake for my DS's bday. yeah!!! 9 tomorrow. He is so glad i mentioned doing this for his bday! He wants to go to Epcot after that so i will report on crowds there also but expect it to be more crowded with F & W going on. guess i will get to experience that after all.

Going to call it an early night since we were up so late last night. Got to get coffee ready for the AM.

Thanks for the positive comments on my pics. The more i see others the less i like my camera. oh well, it's small and handy.

Podsnel, When i saw your pics, i thought we stood in almost the same spots to take our pics.

And Jrsmom, we really liked our room and the location. we like being close to the main stuff since that is where the boys enjoy being.

Now my new ticker says it's 121 days til i'm back. seems to far away but still have great memories and great pics to remember it.

Hi Leigh Ann! Have you settled back into reality yet? LOL...I'm having a hard time!!

121 days is alot better than 246! That's how long I have until I'm back to my happy place!! Seems like forever; guess I'll just have to keep checking the boards to get my daily dose of Disney!
