Picky eater!!!

I am leaving in less than 2 weeks for WDW and I have a reservation at Citricos one night. One person in my party is extremelly picky. They will want a steak plain no type of sauces and a potato. That's about it. Will they fair well here?

I've never eaten there, but I would think that if you tell them what you want they would do it for you.
