Picky eater!

This may seem silly but I was wondering if the macaroni and cheese that some restaurants offer is like the Kraft mac n' cheese or is it homemade with the thicker cheese sauce. My son is soooo picky so I really need to plan our meals ahead! Thanks!

rumor is the mac n cheese is stouffers.

Yes, when we were there summer '08 it looked like the creamier cheese such as stouffer's not like kraft. FWIW, you might stick with buffet type locations if you're on the dining plan. That way there will be more choices for your son.

at Liberty Tree it's Stouffer's around the rest of the world. It's Disney's own kid tasted contraction. I hate it, but I'm 22 and only like Blue box (and not the store brands)

DS who is a Kraft mac and cheese fan does not like the mac and cheese at Disney. Bigger noodles and too creamy.

They changed the mac n cheese at most WDW restaurants and it is now made with no fat milk. It is gross. I have 2 kids who are picky eaters and love mac n cheese. They were so disappointed it tasted so bad. Even DH and myself couldn't eat it. When we asked what was up our server told us most restaurants have to now serve this and made the change last year. I do think that LTT serves the stouffers one still. Our last trip was in Jan. and it was still that dreaded mac n cheese being served.

Take your son to Wolfgang Puck Express and order him the Four-Cheese Macaroni, its heavenly.

Thanks everyone for all the feedback!! We won't be there until the end of September so I am keeping my fingers crossed that we can start getting him to eat different foods. It is such a challenge going out for lunch and dinner with him. Luckily, my 17 month old will eat anything!!
