We are staying at Boardwalk Villas In November and want to go to the Bon Voyage breakfast before heading over to Disney Springs. The adults will be fine, but my by-then-5 year old granddaughter doesn't eat pancakes or waffles or muffins.. or bacon or sausage.. LOL. She will eat scrambled eggs.

So is the kid's Little Royal breakfast with steak and eggs the best bet? Or would they just scramble her some eggs ala carte? Or does she have to order a meal at all?

Anybody had similar experience?

at 5 she would have to order a meal as I believe at the character meals everyone has to pay regardless of whether they eat. Isn't it a fixed price?

That said there are regular scrambled eggs on the adult menu, I am sure they will bring her some plain scrambled eggs without anything else. disney is pretty accommodating for kids and with mixing and matching things off the adult menu. I have had no trouble getting my kid all kinds of weird combinations, if they have it in the kitchen they are happy to oblige.

Thanks! I wasn't sure since it's not a buffet but it makes sense with the characters.

They have The Little Royale Breakfast and if you ask they will do their best to help you out. I feel your pain from 5 to 7 all and I mean all my daughter would eat was hot dogs (no buns), chicken fingers and macaroni and cheese. The only way I got her to eat eggs was scramble them and mix them into the mac and cheese.

I think it's still fixed price like CRT and you order off the menu. I bet they would bring her regular eggs though. The only reason it's egg whites on the "mickey check" menu is to keep the calories within their nutritional standards. My son prefers grilled meats and I had no trouble getting a "mickey check" grilled meat with fries for a side for example... it didn't meet nutritional standards but I didn't care!

My daughters and I just ate there during Christmas break. My youngest is 11 and she absolutely doesn't even come close to eating what the cost of what an adult is charged, but I thought it would be a fun girls adventure. She had to order off the adult menu. She is not an egg person so I asked if she could order a smaller portion of something or perhaps just steak. The server was sweet and said he would hook her up. He brought her the steak and eggs minus the eggs and with bonus steak! I thought that was a great compromise. The prices are fixed so her plate cost $36, but at least she was presented with things she liked!

We ate there in September. DD doesn't like bacon, so they let her sub cheesy scrambled eggs with her waffles. My sister is also a picky eater and they made a special omelette for her as well. I think they will accommodate you with no problems.

They will accommodate very picky children.....and adults.... If you ask for a side of scrambled eggs with her meal they will bring it to you. I didn’t love any of their menu choices so I ordered pancakes but asked for eggs on the side since I heard the pancakes weren’t great and they were very accommodating.
