If you're like me, you get the hankering for a good pickled wiener every now and then. Sometimes -- you can't help it -- that hankering hits you right in the middle of a WDW theme park.

So, if you're one of those hardy, self-reliant types who plans ahead, and you make (and take) your own pickled wieners to the WDW parks with you, how do you keep them cold so they don't spoil?

Note your method in the poll and elaborate in a post if you feel the need.

I would never bring a pickled wiener to a theme park because I don't like to carry anything. Now if they sold them at a wiener cart....

Tired of packing the same old rice balls, Larry? Try adding your weiners to your b.... um, onigiri.

Still haven't forgotten about the rice cooker.

Are these pickled wieners pre-packaged? So, if you opened up the package and had more than enough for your family, would you spontaneously share some with those around you? Or, would pre-planned pickled wiener sharing not be altruistic?

Would a guest be more likely to accept a pickled wiener or a slightly used shirt (with or without tags). Maybe this calls for another poll, Larry?

I'm pretty sure there are laws regarding the sharing of such items.

That said - I voted other.

Why? - I think we have finally found out the real identity of the old lady.

I think you're right!! The lack of mention of "Guardians of the Galaxy" threw me!

Latin + rice cooker + pickled wiener = Old Lady

I did not even know there was a such thing as a pickled wiener.

And you can make your own if you like... http://www.food.com/recipe/pickled-hot-dogs-or-sausages-82781

I was one of the two people who answered they are already pickled. They are a bar food they sell along with the pickled pigs feet and eggs in big jars on the bar. Yes we gals from the Midwest have a wealth of useless knowledge.

I'm surprised that very few DIS posters with the minds of 12 year old boys have responded (so far). You can't convince me that this bunch is more mature than that!!!

There are just so many things that come to mind in response to this post lol...but I'll just say this, I hope you keep your wieners cold... (says a mom of two teenage boys who decided long ago that if you can't beat 'em, join 'em -- 12 year old boy humor is funny)...
