Ok....This will give my pickles a giggle...
I went outside to let Precious (our dog) in, before the storm hits. It had just started to drizzle. I open the back door, and there she is standing by the grill with her head up under the cover. She didn't want to come in at first, as she was perfectly content, since her head was dry! Who says dogs aren't smart??

... Maybe their room is not ready yet>ow and then it can take longer..I should have made her take along my cell phone number..oh, but hers is not a US one..so that wouldn't work..

How do you go get him with the munchkins? Everyone pile in the car?

When they are awake, we do pile in the car. Today they were in their cribs asleep, so I just locked the house and left them sleeping. We live in a cul-de-sac, and the bus stop is at the top of our street, so they are fine for the couple minutes it takes me to get him.

Thanks, Heather...maybe I'd better not read that link...Toby's angel date is in a few weeks and am a bit more sensitive right now.

I try very hard not to associate dates with sad stuff. But I won't be reading the link, either. I just can't handle stuff like that.

It is getting very dark and creepy here...when to move to the laundry room (it is soo tiny and stuffy...barely one person fits)....

Don't go to the laundry until they issue a tornado warning. You can turn on the news and keep an eye on anything they are tracking, though. The tornado watch is supposed to last quite a while. A tornado warning is only issued when they actually see a tornado on radar or in the sky. I think this will all pass uneventually, though.

We had one band of storms come through. It's sunny now, but we are supposed to get more storms later.
