Picking up friends at SSR

This week, our friends will be staying at SSR. At the end of their stay at SSR, we will be arriving and plan to pick them up in our car so we can all check into OKW together that day--we are all DVC members. Will we have any problem getting into SSR to pick them up?

I don’t think so. Shouldn’t be a problem whatsoever. Tell them exactly that, you are picking up your friends checking out of SSR so you can all checkin to OKW together.

They don’t publicize it but one thing I noticed when staying and visiting other Deluxes is once they see your reservation that alone is enough to get you in. 2 gate attendants confirmed this to us. You also have a very valid reason to be there to begin with.

Shouldn't have issues. Last trip in Jan stayed and SSR and decided to go check out Riv and guard just scanned my band and waived me through

You "may" (guard discretion) have to give the guard your friends' name so they can look it up to confirm they are guests and you're not using SSR parking for Disney Springs. Many abuse the parking at SSR.

Most abuse free parking at DS then walk to SSR to catch buses to parks.
