Picking up DDE at Epcot?

I was told that if I dont get my DDE card in the mail by the time I leave next week to pick up a temp card at Guest Relations at Epcot. Anyone know where that is? We are staying a BCV and I am hoping I can do this at the international gateway entrance and not have to go all the way to the front.

Sorry, but guest relations is at the front of Epcot.

We had to do this. We entered Epcot at the International Gateway and then walked right to the main entrance, exited the park and the counter will be on your left side -- it is to the right of a gift shop.

I had also been told if I did not receive the card in time I could pick up a temporary at Epcot. However I complained that I had reservations for day I arrive at Castle for breakfast so could not pick up card. I was then told that once I checked in, the concierge could have a CM pick up my card. But again that did me no good. I complained that if they could pick it up after I checked in why couldn't they pick it up before I arrived. Well after many emails between Dining Card people and Concierge, I recieved email this morning that they are sending my card FedEx. I told them this all could have been avoided if they didn't make the card good for one year from when you recieve it. I was then told my card was good til the end of 2006.

Have a great time, we are at the Polynesian in 19 more days!

I'm glad it worked out for you. I had a similar experience with my first night at Disney with the DDE. I was told that they no longer send out emails or a fax due to people copying them and forging emails. Luckily for me the restaurant honored the DDE discount without the card.

We had a letter sent to the front of Epcot. We got the card the day before we left so we didn't actually stop by to get the letter. It might have made a nice trinket though.

Our friends just did this..you have to go all the way to the front of epcot, outside the entry gates to the guest services out there. They wated in line at gateway and inside the park...ugh.

Yes...it was a bit of a pain. But luckily we decided to get the monorail over to MK after picking up the card, so it worked out okay for us. I really didn't expect to have to exit the park to get it though.
