Picking up comp tickets

A friend of mine is providing my family team member comp tickets for our upcoming stay. Last time, we picked up the tickets at the kiosk outside the park on the day of use.

That said, I know there are kiosks in the lobby of Cabana Bay. Does anyone know if we could use those kiosks to pick up the tickets? I’m thinking that someone could walk to the lobby to grab the tickets while everyone else is getting ready.

That makes sense to me

onsite hotels have pick up windows

last October I was able to pick up 4 sets of tickets (hhn) at RP attractions center in the hotel
