Picking Up Alcohol Purchased on the Cruise

Most people are saying they pick it up the morning of debarkation but I thought I had read you could pick it up the night before. Has anyone sailed recently and can confirm which time frame is correct?

I was pretty sure it was the night before on one of my previous cruises but maybe I'm incorrect!

In January, we picked it up the morning of debarkation at a table right near the exit doors on the right side. Super easy and not crowded at all.

When DCL was holding the duty free alcohol purchased onboard, you did get it the last night. When they changed the alcohol policy and are now holding all hard liquor purchased in port as well as the duty free onboard, and any wine/beer overages, they changed the pick up to debarkation morning.

Most other cruise lines have debarkation morning pick up, also.
