Pick your seat -delta?

Booking thru disney's site and their price is the same as expedia and delta.
But if I use the disney site to book the flight will I be able to pick seats?
Traveling with my 8yr old and I want to make sure she's not sitting by herself.

I would purchase them directly through Delta. No middleman that way.

As long as you get the actual Delta confirmation number (not the Disney or Expedia confirmation number), you can log onto the Delta site and pick your own seats from the available inventory after booking. FWIW, I agree with the PPs suggestion of booking it yourself directly with Delta.

If you get travel insurance I would book it all with Disney that way you can get it all refunded if for some reason you can't travel and the insurance kicks in. Disney should be able to assign your seats (ask them).

If you book through a travel agent (Disney) you may have to go through Disney to make changes to the flight. It shouldn't be a problem, just an extra step.

I book delta thru Disney and was able to go to the delta website and pick seats for my family without a problem. Disney will give you a confirmation number, just use that number when you log in on the website. Delta will then give you their own confirmation. I liked booking through Disney because I only have to make one payment.

If you are worried about trip insurance, buying it through a third party will cover all of your non-refundable expenses, and it is usually cheaper/has better coverage than the one Disney will sell you.
