Pick up time from Hyatt at MCO

DH,DW,DD,DSIL are staying at the Hyatt at the airport the day before the sail. What time does the DCL transportation arrive for pickup to the terminal? What do you do with your luggage?

We are staying the night before our 7 night land/sea starts the TA told me the buses start picking up at 9:30 am. So I am sure its the same for just cruisers. Quote me if I am wrong. I also just read somewhere that you put your luggage outside your hotel room and DCL reps. pick it up.

when we stayed at the Hyatt, you reported to the lobby at 9:30 a.m., buses started loading a few minutes after 10:00 a.m., and you went directly to the port which was about a fifty minute drive if i am remembering correctly.

How often do they run? I don't have any desire to get to the port first!

They run pretty much all morning and early afternoon. As soon as one is full, it leaves. Then the next one pulls up. There is plenty of traffic for these buses because they also serve all the passengers arriving by air on the morning of your cruise.

Suggest that you notify/confirm at the front desk at check that you are on the cruise so that they will ensure that your bags are picked up.

BTW don't forget to put on the tags

yes, once you check in, indicate that you are on the DCL schedule for the next day, and they will provide a letter detailing instructions on time to meet in the lobby, and what to do with your luggage.
