"1990's Theme" from Tron, Journey
Not in Nottingham - Robin Hood
Kudos to these. The Robin Hood music is quite underrated.
This is an impossible question. It reminds me of the John Cusack film High Fidelity:
"What's your top five songs of all time?"
"To make out with? To hear in a club?..."
Is this list about songs that get you excited? Get you emotional? It's a different meaning for everyone. For me, it's the 3 songs of the moment. Ask me tomorrow, you'd get a different collection. (And I won't include theme park music - that's just too difficult for me.)
"On My Way" - Brother Bear
While some deride this film, I find it underrated - especially the music. "Welcome" is fun, and Tina Turner's "Great Spirits" is notable. But "On My Way" happens to be a real fun song, and it has become my family's official traveling song.
"A Man Has Dreams (The Life I Lead)" - Mary Poppins
This was such an emotional turning point in the film. It seems to always strike a chord inside me.
"Down To Earth" - Wall-E
This should have won the Oscar for Best Song.
Honorable mention:
"I Thought I Lost You" - Bolt.
Not a Miley fan, but the song is fun. And my daughter knows the song like the back of her hand and has no qualms about singing this aloud in public.
